docs: update travis-ci to deploy to GitHub Pages

It looks like the autogenerated docs at https://mapd.github.io/mapd-connector/docs/ / https://github.com/mapd/mapd-connector/tree/gh-pages haven't been updated in a few months, possibly due to an expired token or key.
Need to look into updating the expired token/key so that @CrisMorris95120 can update some of the docs.
Should also see if we'd be able to use Travis's native GitHub Pages support, but I'm not sure if that lets you generate them in the branch beforehand. https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/pages/
