node apear position and drawing location is different

[Google Code Exporter]

I used pgfplots  after that Node text and the node location isn't same

error is:

Compiling document for preview: pdflatex -interaction=nonstopmode 
-halt-on-error "C:/Users/naresh/AppData/Local/Temp/TE_temp_preview4704.tex"

I use miktex. I uninstalled software 2 time and reinstalled but problem persist.
