Loading projects in "Import" tab

Create a new project
Go into "Import" tab
Current projects are loaded

Step 3 takes a while and while the projects are loaded "No project available!" is visible. It would be better to see "Loading projects ..." and maybe a loading-spinner.

Sure :) I think a text would be enough, a loading-spinner is a bit too much.
