The copyright attribution label covers the zoom buttons, reducing the usable surface of the button.

The OSM Foundation's attribution guidelines has all the details. I want to highlight two common strategies from the section Interactive maps: a splash screen at app start (OsmAnd does this), and collapsing the attribution in the slippy map (Mapbox-based web maps do this).
