Could have an admin interface that make posssible create "jobs", that you can create a template to take information to locals notes, numbers, espeficifations, photos (from points or poligons, or points in saved poligons - could you filter jobs by poligon and see like line up). other sugestion that could Work well.. if you can create tasks with designed people and time to conclusion. And if the map could import sentinel 2 images.

Regarding sentinel background maps:
This can be done in #102.

Regarding the rest:
I'm sorry, but I don't get your point. What exactly do you mean by "job"? The template idea already came up in #55 but will probably not make it in the near future. Maybe answering these questions helps me understand your idea:

  • What exactly is a "job"?
  • Of what things does a template consist. Is it just a text that automatically appear in the input field when I create a new note?
  • What role do points and polygons play here? Polygon do not exist in GeoNotes, so what purpose would they have? Where do I create these polygons? What would I use them for?
  • What are "designed people"? Do you mean "designated"? An about what people are we talking here? GeoNotes is not a collaborative app, so there are no other people you can interact with from within the app.

I think I get your point now. That sounds quite specific for people maintaining a certain area over a longer period of time. However, GeoNotes is made for simple and general purpose notes and a way to create/update them as easy as possible. Templates already deviate from this simplicity-centric idea of GeoNotes. Keeping notes for a longer time is not intended, since GeoNotes is not a GIS database for something like that. I'm sorry but you best choice is probably to export notes from GeoNotes and use a proper GIS tool (QGIS, ArcGis, JOSM, uMap or similar) to further process the notes.
