Problem/Motivation
USB Webcam detected but not getting video or image i.e a grey screen or a black screen with no camera icon.

Expected behavior
Setup USB webcam and get video/image
Actual behavior
Grey or black screen with camera icon
Steps to reproduce
Add USB webcam
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently, so we clean up some of the older and inactive issues.
