The camera doesn't turn

Problem/Motivation
I can't get the rtsp camera to turn
When I press the camera rotation button in motion eye, such an error occurs. The connection data is correct, but I don't understand why the default address 127.0.0.1 doesn't work. From the native camera app, the rotation works

Steps to reproduce
- Add a camera card from the example - https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/motioneye/#example-dashboard-card
- Change the name of the camera to your own
- The video from the camera is shown, but the rotation action buttons do not work
