[ENHANCEMENT] Rancher vCluster, GUI Support to configure mem & cpu

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to be able to configure memory & cpu limits for rancher-vcluster from the GUI.
Noticing that %MEM creeps up to 80+% at times.

GUI Impl, like vm-import-controller or rancher-monitoring where limits can be set
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually editing the addon.
