Dependency license conflict

Hi! 👋
I noticed that while this project is licensed with the Apache 2.0 license, but it depends on a repository (that it looks like you also maintain) https://github.com/harness/harness-openapi-go-client which is missing a license.

I assume this is probably just an oversight since it looks like most of that code is auto generated, but it confuses our legal compliance tools, so it would be very helpful if you are able to add a LICENSE file to that repo.
