wallet not making any successfull transfers out, also receiving same txid when sending minutes to hours apart

there are more of those higher up, but those are in a span of at least 2 hours, still the same txid, on top of the fact that i cannot send anything out
side note: if i try to change any shard or amount, i do get a new txid, but still surprised i am getting the same txid in such a long timespan - maybe a status of the tx would be nice, if its pending, queued, rejected, etc..
