Do not see pwm page as per install instructions

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed Java RE and SDK
2.Installed Apache Tomcat (Windows)
3.Deployed WAR as per instructions

What is the expected output? Expect to see PWM config page after WAR deployment 
What do you see instead? No page http 500


What version of PWM are you using?

1.7.0 also tried 1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?

Please ask your question in the forums. This probably is a version mismatch.

Up to 1.7.x run on Tomcat 6 or 7, but not on 8 and Java 6 or 7 (not 8).
