Documentation update

[Google Code Exporter]

The "Request Parameter" pwmLocale doesn't work for me, but "locale" does. So 
either I'm using it incorrectly, or the documentation has to be updated to 
reflect this.

Examples:

Doesn't work: https://pwm.mysite.com/pwm?pwmLocale=fr

Works:        https://pwm.mysite.com/pwm?locale=fr
