Can't access update password directly with login

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Logout
2. Go to https://password.example.com:8443/pwm/private/ChangePassword
3. Login

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see the password change form. 
Main navigation is shown instead

What version of PWM are you using?

1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?

MS AD on 2008R2

Please try a more recent built. In 1.7.x this feature cannot be linked directly.

The official "stable" is 1.7.1, but the "nightly builds" should work OK and 
have the requested feature. I run a nightly on my server, too.
