Error when attempting to send messages using sinks

Hi all,

I was trying to simply use the native sinks to send messages via the bot to a conversation. However, every time I tried to use the base-send.py I would get the requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', RemoteDisconnected('Remote end closed connection without response',)) exception.

I suspect that the request did not even reach the AsycMessageHandler since I put some logger point in the ways of processing POST request but no respective logs were produced.

In the config.json I also specified the jsonrpc as the doc instructed.
