Add automatic buying function if the price hit a certain discount

• Create function to create account and load account
• Create function to make a buy transaction
• Save a floor value inside a dict
• Change the function instead of scraping the graphql, instead we listen to the blockchain event
• Scrape only every other minutes or so to check the floor price and save the floor price or the lowest price of the filtered query
• Ping to telegram or maybe my discord if there's a successful buy.
• Record unsuccessful transaction to check if my bot is too slow
• Listen to updated price function
