Our version of the Flag of Turkmenistan (acee05e) is more accurate than what is on Wiki Commons. Namely, our version fixes clipping issues with the SVG on Wiki Commons (ornamental design leaking outside of the flag):
Also, we've fixed the Pantone colors to match the Pantone 1795 C specs. The official specs say, the "Red color" ("красный цвет") is Pantone 1795 C specs.

Contribute these changes back to Wiki Commons. I welcome anyone to make these changes, but I'll get to it eventually if no one else helps.
