RuntimeError: shape '[1, 32, 32, 320]' is invalid for input of size 564480

No matter what dimensions I try to generate in with the Regional Prompter extension enabled, I get the error message "RuntimeError: shape '[x,x,x,x]' is invalid for input of size x"
I tried without using HiResFix on, low dimensions like 64x64 and dimensions I normally generation in i.e.; 640x512.
All generations fail with the same settings,
No negative prompt is used.
The settings in the Regional Prompter are :
Active: On
Attention
Base Ratio 0.2
Matrix Mode:
Columns, Width/Height 512x512, Divide Ratio: 1,1
Visualized and Template made
Overlay Ratio 0.5
MASK tab not used
Prompt tab:
Prompt setting
Extended Prompt Guide Treshold : 0.4
Web-UI version: 1.7.0
SD Version: 1.5
No Lora's
No other extensions are enabled, besides HiResFix (Native, no custom addon)
It might have been fixed in this update.

Still getting this error on SDXL

(messy desk:1.2) ADDCOL
orange dress and sofa
And
1024x1024, hires fix x1.5

However, once in a blue moon it works after a restart. Sometimes the error happens in the middle of a gen that seemed to work, and then if you retry it throws the error a fraction of a second after starting the gen.
It seems like I can generate XL without any problems as far as I've tried. Are you using some special upscaler?
