Issues on Ubuntu

Getting completely different views on local machine windows, and server ubuntu.
everything seems to be very ZOOMed, and fonts are huge.
Anyone can help me with this ?
I face this issue to, do you know how to solve?

this is the only working solution for me
How about images, are they showing broken links too?
