Is it possible to keep the date of the uploaded file?

It seems that the date of the uploaded file is the date of uploading for seadroid. I think it would be better to keep the date of the uploaded file, like what seafile Linux client does (which seems to use the modification date as the date of the file in cloud).
I found a very old issue with the same concern: #91. I hope the old issue could be solved in the near future.
