stopped working

ok so i have no idea what im doing i had a friend walk me threw it the last couple times , i watched the how to video and for some reason when i try to follow , step by step it wont work for me i drop prefab un pack select default or any of the others and then open editor or what ever the next step is , then when i go to generate preview i get nothing , any help would be great ,
