Shahid arabic restriction

Hello ,
Therese is a restriction in shahid arabic under mbc tv on demand When iam watching from morocco, but it run ok When i use a VPN server from snobberi country ,
But it seems that this problem is only in the xbmc , When i use shahid mbc App in IPad it works fine
Anyhelp???
