The data in 4.2 can't be downloaded

In Chapter 4 Case Study, I copy the code to download raw data of “injuries.tsv.gz“， ”population.tsv“， ”products.tsv“，but they can't be found, the raw data can't be opened in github as well. Do you know what's the problem.
The issue have been resolved, it seems the network issue.
