Sync stopped working on Windows after the latest Windows 10 updates

Environment info
- OS: Windows 10
- App Version: 1.10.0
Description of the problem / feature request / question:
After the latest Windows 10 automatic OS updates, Lepton's sync feature ( thus the whole app ) stopped working.
When starting the app, it starts its usual login process, then after about 5 minutes, it gives up, and displays the GitHub login popup instead, after this error:
Sync failed - please check your network condition. 04
But my network is 100% OK.
Then when I try to log in with Github, the GH login popup shows this:
GitHub no longer supports this web browser. Learn more about the browsers we support.
The GitHub login form accepts the login credentials - but then Lepton restarts its neverending attempt to sync. It's like an infinite loop.

OK, please ignore me.
A Lepton reinstall fixed the issue.
