NUC is getting slower and slower

I was upgrading from 0.7.4 to 0.7.5 and my device is getting slower and slower. I downgrade now to previous version.

The load of the device is normal - don't know where the problem is.

Any ideas?

downloaded the "v0.7.5.1102 OpenCore 0.7.5 fixed" file again and edit the plist.
