Hi there,

i have a problem with installing BigSur on nuc10i7. It does not matter with sata or nvme ssd. I can open the installer and format the disk. When it is about the half of the progress bar with installing there is a reboot loop.

Any idea what i can check?

Cfglock found 2 values. 1 value there is a problem with writing.

I'm using the latest bootloader.

did you choose the right option? after reboot you need choose Macintosh.

I can only choose between "Macintosh Installer (External)" or "Macintosh Installer".

But for my understanding there shouldn't be a restart or at least a timer for reboot?

Ok, I used now APFS anstead of MacOS Journaled.

On BIOS:

  • SGX : Disabled

Now it works
