Hackathon Digest: organizer summary

We already have an admin summary where we notify Hack Club Bank admins on the number of digests sent. It would be cool to also notify the organizer (applicant) of whose hackathon was included in a digest.
It should include the number of recipients that were notified about their hackathon.
