Create a Home/Client Search Page (1)

Description
This is part 1 of the home page.
Create a home or main page for the user (in this case an "employee") to see once logged/signed in. This is where the client page shows all users.
For this task, this is a frontend task to just make the page appear. Create some dummy data to handle the CSS and formatting the grid table. There should be a NavBar with the different pages to access so attach the Navbar to the page (If created, creating the navbar is Issue #16).
Acceptance Criteria
- Follow the designs
- Get the table to appear
- Have the title columns
- Align the text to the left in columns
- Add 'Client Search' above table/grid
- Make the page pretty and clear! :)
- Use Avenir font
