I think there's a mess between HTTP and HTTPS protocols. I recommend you to re-run the installer, and enter the Protocol and Port very carefully. HTTPS uses port 443 (leave empty when configuring the installer). HTTP uses port 80 or 8080. Using HTTPS is strongly recommended.
