This repository will host lab protocols used in the Good lab.
Create a fork of this repository and then make any changes you want and initiate a pull request. See git basics and git pull requests for more info about how to do this.
For each protocol, create a new directory in the protocols folder with a descriptive name. Within that folder, create a README.md file that will be displayed when navigated to in the github file browser. This file should contain instructions for the protocol. Feel free to add any other files or folders to your protocol.
Here is an example file tree for the creation of a protocol (example-1):
