Not sure if this is the right place to report this, however, when I visit http://www.guzzlephp.org (non https - I clicked a link from another project to view what guzzle was), I get a page that seems to be some sort of Indonesian language gambling site advert.
This issue has been automatically marked as stale because it has not had recent activity. It will be closed after 2 weeks if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions.
So nobody cares that the guzzle website has been hacked?
