- Microsoft Windows 7 OS or later
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later
- Microsoft OneNote for Windows desktop application software (32-bit or 64-bit)
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 version 15.9 or later (developers only)
- To use this add-in, you must have a Windows desktop version of OneNote installed as part of Office or Microsoft 365. You can also download OneNote as a free standalone Windows desktop app with limited features (OneDrive notebook storage only). See the Where to get it section of the following document:
- Unsupported versions of OneNote:
- OneNote for Windows 10
- OneNote 2010 — if you are still using it, install release 16.2.0.
- Download and install the latest release of the MyJournal.Notebook.Setup program.
