game Mikagura Shoujo Tanteidan cant work properly

Describe the bug
This game stops at the second screen.It looks like entering some infinite loop.
Maybe some cd reading problem.
All pcsx forks have same behavior.
Expected behavior
start game normally.
Steps to reproduce the bug
just open iso---start emulation
