grpc-web interest link only works for Googlers?

At http://www.grpc.io/faq/ for "Can I use it in the browser?" there is a link for registering interest in grpc-web. Apparently, it is only displaying the form for Googlers. I feel like it used to work.
Given the recent post/publicity about grpc-web many people are probably being confused.
