Proxy Server streaming issue

Summary
Proxy server connection is breaking.
Expected Behavior
It should stay connected whenever feature toggle changed.
Current Behavior
Whenever I turn ON or OFF the feature flag, the streaming status link is getting disconnected between GB service and GB proxy service if the SDK is chosen as JAVA. This is causing events are not published.
Note. Clicking on retry turns green again.
