Many components invisible in Figma

On the design kit page, when I click the link to the Figma file, many of the elements are invisible when it opens in Figma.
I realized at least part of the issue is that I don't have Helvetica Neue installed on my machine (Windows 7), Figma gave me the error message when I highlighted an element that was supposed to be a text box. Would I need to purchase Helvetica Neue and install it for the design kit to work? Looks like even Windows 10 does not come with this font by default, but macOS does.
