strange low frequency sound when recording mp3 with sampleRate=16000

Just got strange low frequency sound when recording mp3 with sampleRate=16000, while sound recorded with 44100 sample rate is normal.

Hey there, I have the same issue but with any sample rate. Has anybody looked to it? I'm using latest version from NPM.
