Clarify documentation about exception handling

What is the difference between inheriting my exception controllers from Grip::Controllers::Exception and Grip::Exceptions::Base?
I have found the answer. I don't know if it's just me but that part of the documentation is hard to understand for me.
I'll leave this open as a reminder to extend the docs. I will open a PR.
