This is a README.md file for a data collection project aimed at gathering signatures and ID numbers from users in order to support a petition to push the Kenyan Government to transfer the management of public hospitals from county government to the national government. By gathering signatures and ID numbers, this data collection application aims to demonstrate public support and create a petition to urge the government to make the necessary changes.
