[Feature] Use cloud start time for P1/A1 printers if we can't generate it locally due to in progress print

Describe the feature
Currently we simulate the start time for P1/A1 since it's not in the mqtt data. Which works as long as the integration is continuously running but we can't do that if the integration restarts mid-print. But it is in the cloud data so we should be able to get it from there.
