Can greenworks' current API complete a P2P online game?

When I call greenworks.createLobby, nothing is returned. I also found that many APIs are not exposed, so can the current greenworks API complete a P2P friend online game? If not, I may have to replace the Cocos Creator engine with the Unity engine, which is sad
