Clarification on FB1,FB2,FB3,C1,C2,X1,X2 and D5 components

I'm planning to build my own GreatFET One, and noticed a few components that haven't been completely documented. Based on photos of the production board C1,C2, and X2, the RTC, are unpopulated. Is there any benefit to populating the RTC, or can I just leave it off all together.

The ferrite beads FB1/2/3 don't seem to have a value assigned to them other than "FILTER". Is there a recommended value? Also FB2/3 don't appear to be populated either, not exactly sure what's best to do here.

And the MCU crystal - X1 and D5 don't have values.
