UI - Error Message Handling

- Tables for upload plugins and lens names currently 'jump' depending on how many rows are in the table, for example, if the first page has 5 plugins and the second page has 3, the table will shrink which is not ideal for the UI
- Error messages for unsuccessful logins
- Form Validation for Login Form (Ensure Username & Password are both completed)
