Apollo has changes the support for middleware

Apollo has changed in version 4 the support for middleware, in particular Hapi.
The new support is provided by a different package for integrations
Also, there's an open https://github.com/graphql-kit/graphql-voyager/security/dependabot/72 which requires the migration to a new version.
The example available in Voyager is therefore outdated.
