Kali Linux usage

I am a new user, so this is probably a (very) dumb question, but is there a way to install this tool in Kali Linux ? I cloned the package, but could not find any instructions how to install/use it in Kali Linux.

Locate in package root folder

npm install
npm start

Connect to http://localhost:9090
