WARN deprecated for dependency that's not required, causing other issues as well

I just saw this, and I noticed it comes from this repo. Can this be moved into devDeps? I'm curious what it's necessary on the deps
Npm gave a warning, and I've also traced this module as the source of another issue (different graphql versions) since this particular npm module uses a * to require graphql:
npm WARN deprecated @types/graphql@14.5.0: This is a stub types definition. graphql provides its own type definitions, so you do not need this installed.
