Users List reports an Error on initial setup

I followed the instructions to set up the starter.
It lists reviews, but the user page returns an error.
Any ideas?
OK, I guess I had to post here before I was going to realise I'd forgotten to install the APOC plugin.
Feeling embarrased now.
