Add typings for TS users working with GrAMPS

Possibly, if you decide you don't want to maintain that yourselves until (possibly) moving to Typescript, we could just put them on DefinitelyTyped. Also, as one of the parameters is a GrAMPS datasource, this also applies to other GrAMPS libraries.
