Add support for Vue.js

Hey @malbernaz do you have plans to add a bind to Vue.js? Grafoo is awesome and I think if have Vue.js support, this will be a good plus to library.

I saw your React bind and think this is good idea to do on same way to Vue.js.

If you think this a good idea, I can submit a PR with a implementation for Vue.js and you tell me what you think about it.

A proof of concept has been implemented at a new grafoo-examples branch.

There's a lot work ahead though. I need help with the typescript integration and good code review of someone that knows Vue better then I do.
