Link to Grafana can't work on localhost, but work on 0.0.0.0

I'm using macOS. This step says to go ahead on localhost:8080, but localhost:8080 isn't working. But for some unknown reason 0.0.0.0:8080 works. If I try using http://localhost:3000/login works too.
I think we should add a mention to open using the full link http://localhost:3000/login.
There shouldn't be anything running on the port in the tutorial environment. Are you sure you meant 8080?
