Not able to update user timezone

What went wrong?
What happened:
- When I view user profiles, including my own, in Oncall -> Users, the timezone field is disabled.
What did you expect to happen:
- I expected to be able to change my timezone held for oncall.
How do we reproduce it?
- Navigate to Oncall -> Users
- Attempt to change your timezone
